prompt

prompt is a small horror puzzle game in which you must interact with an AI to obtain passwords while being hunted by an entity.

Troubleshooting if game is not loading:

• Ensure your GPU can do “shader-f16” in “features” at https://webgpureport.org/ . Espceially on linux you need to set/start with this settings in the browser (chromimum-example, works for Brave, Opera, etc..): "chrome://flags/#enable-unsafe-webgpu" AND "chrome://flags/#enable-features=Vulkan".
  
• Sometimes the game may just take very long to load the first time. While loading, you can check under right click (somewhere on the website, not the game window) -> inspect -> console if you find any errors at the bottom (not yellow warnings). Make sure to click into the game window after it again, so the game can continue loading.
• Please update your browser to the latest version (this has done magic on my device lol).
  
• Ensure you have a stable connection when downloading the model and that you’re currently focusing the game's window (for example, don’t click out of the game window -> if you’ve done that, just click into the game window again).
• If you’re at the “Successfully loaded model” stage, the engine may take some time to warm up the LLM, which again could cause a small freeze, but this is normal.
• Ensure you have enough RAM and VRAM (about 5GB VRAM minimum required for the whole game when using the 8B model).
• Change your browser to a chromium-based one. (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, ...)

Controls:

• WASD: MOVEMENT
• LMB: INTERACT
• TAB: LEAVE MONITOR / HIDE SPOT

Further Information:

• If you're at the pc, you can left click the folders on the left side of the monitor to open them. This is where you can guess the code for the folder.
  
• You can choose between two AI models (1 strong, 1 weak). However, running the AI locally still requires a certain amount of computing power, so you may not get the best experience with a low-performance device.
